**History**

The inception of BovIQ traces back to a collaboration between a rancher from New Mexico and a mobile app developer from North Carolina. Inspired by the need for a streamlined solution for cattle management, Christian (the rancher) sought an alternative to labor-intensive excel sheets by embracing mobile technology. The subsequent partnership with Steven (the software engineer) led to the development of BovIQ as a user-friendly, cloud-based production system accessible to cattle producers across diverse geographical regions.
